I sold a semi tractor/trailer in the state of wisconsin to a man who is a resident in the state of texas. He has since defaulted on the promissary note goverened by the state of wisconsin. What venue do I file a lawsuit in Wisconsin or Texas? I am now a resident of the state of Florida.

Texas is the safest. It is also easier for you to get there that Wisconsin now that you live in Florida.
