Contracts

I have a collection agenct that I'm dealing with. They are claiming that I missed one payments, and because they froze the interest, they are going to unfreeze it because I missed one payment. I never had any contract with them saying that if one payment was missed that they could unfreeze the interest. How can they make up a contract and then revise it to their own benefit? And what are my rights in regards to this situation? Help I don't know what to do!

Re: Contracts

Don't speak to collection agencies. Deal with them only in writing (as in certified mail RRR). See generally creditinfocenter.com or creditboards.com .
