Custody of my children
How do I get my children reterned home, if the aposing party thinks i am unstable. The courts ordered me to take a phyc eval yet it costs 1,500 dollars up front and i cannot afford an attorney i am a full time college student, I do not have that kind of money. How do i prove that i am stable for my children?

It is not only the opposing party who thinks you may be unstable, the court appears to think that is a possibility to, that is why there is an order for the psychological evaluation. You could ask for a revision on the order (if it is less than 10 days old). You can appeal the order if it is less than 30 days old. You can also ask the commissioner to reconsider based on new evidence (that was not available at the time of the first hearing). Otherwise you are going to have to figure out a way to get the evaluation done, borrow money from relatives, see if there are local free services you can be referred to (perhaps through your college).
