Deed of Trust
I need to prepare a Deed of Trust and need to knew how you would prepare it and where to get the form from. The Deed of Trust would be between me and my nephrew who it a heir of my fathers estate but I can only pay a portion of his money and he needs to security his money with a Deed of Trust.

Better have a properly qualified attorney handle the preparation(and recording) of your deed of trust. This is not a task for amateurs downloading and attempting to fill out a form gleaned from the Internet.
