I am in a legal battle, one where 100% of liabilty is on the defendant now the defandents are wanting to depo my parents askign for bank documents providing any money given to me since 2006 when this has nothing to do with me being rear ended by a semi with many hard tissue injuries? Any privacy laws that my parents can use in this situation? thank you
