Divorce

At time of my husbands first divorce, his ex-wife signed her half of house over to their son in a quit-claim deed. He now states that at the sale of the house he has to give son $50,000.00. This info not in quit-claim deed, will it /should it be noted in the dicorce records?

Re: Divorce

Why would that information be in a quit claim deed? A quit claim deed simply disclaims any interest a person has in a particular piece of land.
