domain name dispute
i recently received a cease and desist order from a law firm regarding one of their clients. it seems they think LOFTCREATIONS.COM is too similar to ANNTAYLORLOFT.COM. i think this is ridiculas. am i crazy?
Re: domain name dispute
Most people with intellectual property rights want to expand the scope of those rights as much as possible, but I believe this is probably beyond the proper scope of their rights. You may never hear from them again, but if you do let me know and I'll tell you your options. For now, I would ignore their letter.
