If you are stopped for failing to Yeild rightaway and charged with it and given a sobriety test ,they park your car,take you to Hospital for a requested Blood test then take you home but your citatation says nothing about a DUI did they charge you with it or not?

DUI is often a box that is checked rather than a charge written in long hand. But, it is also possible that they will wait on the results of the blood test prior to charging that offense.
An attorney can often make it so that you do not have to return to Colorado to deal with this case - but it is best that you hire sooner.
