Earned Vacation Time
Our 2008 policy stated that up to 40 hours of unused vacation time rolls over to 2009. The policy was changed on Dec. 31, 2008 stating that a PTO policy was going into effect for 2009 and that unused vacation for 2008 would not rollover due to the economic times and challenges. Is this legal? I feel that money/time EARNED is being stolen from me.
