family trying to take my kids
I currently live with my same sex partner. My parents went to attny to get custody of my two children. Aug I had a stroke and as a result I have seizeirs can they use that against me...my illness and that I live with my partner.

There is a lot information you don't give in your question that could change my response, but in simple terms if your children have not lived with your parents for at least 6 months it is very unlikely your parents have standing to take custody away from you. That doesn't mean they can't try though.
