fraud
I was power of attorney for my father for the last 3 years. I used his credit card for purchases for him and me. My brother is now saying fraud. I took very good care of my father. my brother came to see him once.

The POA only gives you authority to make purchases for him. So, the purchases for you need some independent authorization.
