GA Drinking Age
Can I sue the state of Georgia since it is violating the due process clause of the GA constitution by setting the drinking age at 21?
This is not a homework assignment. I was wondering if it is possible.

Anyone can sue for anything. Quite a few are righfully dismissed (notwithstanding the person's conclusion that there is some Constitutional violation).
