general contractor back billing

I sub contracted a job from a general contractor with half of my monies paid down with the remainder to be paid to me upon completion. I have not received it am I allowed to back bill in any amount over what I am owed?

You may be able to recover interest, and, depending on the timing, any attorneys fees that you must incur to collect what you are owed. There may be other options for recovery as well. If you would like our assistance, please contact me.
