getting paid for doctor appointments

I was injured at work but still working. Every time I have to see a doctor for this work related injury my employer makes me clock out and I do not get paid for the time I am gone. Is this legal?

Re: getting paid for doctor appointments

no. you must have provided Notice of Injury at time of occurence for the Carrier to issue a Notice of compensation Payable (either regular or temporary) If you have an NCP, flash it can get the bill paid. If you have a NCDenial, take it to your lawyer at once. In this second case, have your medical services paid by a 3d Party like Blue Cross if available. your lawyer will tackle the subrogation issue later.

if u r in Phila, call Charles Martin, Jerry Lehockey or Sam Pond for a WC consultation.

Good Luck
