Getting seperated from wife. Want to take kids with me.
i would like to know if i can take my kids with me to another where i will be taken a new job. is there a legal way for me to do this.

I am assuming there is no current Order of Custody. If that is the case then if you do that your spouse can file a petition to have you return to the state. At that point a custody determination will be made and a provision for visitation. There are several factors the court will consider in deciding if the move is in the best interest of the child. You can, alternatively, file for custody and relocation before moving which is the best way to go.
