Help with Starting Adult Entertainment Business
I am trying to start an adult entertainment business in Northern California.
I do realize there are a ton of legal measures I must follow in order to even just get started.
Are there any qualified attorneys located in Northern California that are familiar with all the Federal and State laws regulating the industry? (18 U.S.C. 2257, including Amber Alert Laws and HR 4472; Obscenity and Pornography laws; Copyright; Licensing; Trademark; etc.)
Any assistance or advicewould be Greatly appreciated.
