I have a criminal record or stealing and it been over 5 year now. I have been clean.I went to a public auction in my town and they will not give me a buyer number because of my record and So I got my friend who got me a number and the police took it away from me because of my feloney. Like I said I have been clean and Do I have a case against the auction who run the show?
Does the auction house have some type of policy regarding people who have committed felonies? If not then you may have a cause of action against them.
