House Attendent
I have a woman checking on our
home once a month while we work
overseas. I just found out while she
is there she is drinking any alcohol we may have left in the house. If
she hurts herself either in the house
or drives while under the influence
are we liable?

It's a stretch to see how you'd be liable if there is an accident while she drives, but not a stretch at all to see how you'd be liable if she has an accident while in the house.
