how can i legally stay in US
I came in the US with a B1 tourist visa which is expired more 2 years ago is there anyway i could apply for legally stay in here .

Maybe. It really depends on if you have any avenues of relief that could grant you status. But realistically unless you have a family-based option available chances are slim that you will be able to become legal.
