how do I get a copy of my mothers will and trust account?
If the Will was probated, a copy can be gotten from the Surrogate where she resided when she died. I am not sure what you mean by a "trust account"? Is the account at a bank, registered in trust for you, or was there a trust agreement in which you are a named beneficiary. More information is needed for a complete aqnswer.
