Eh...what? You got married and now want a divorce because of TAXES??
No need to explain.
At any rate,
1) every financial advisor on the planet counsels people to be honest about their finances before getting married.
2) if you didn't do it, an annulment may be possible, especially if both parties agree and the marriage is short term
3) she may not be legally liable for any of your prior tax issues, so see a local tax attorney. It's possible that doing things like filing separately would solve the problem.
