I am trying to file a no fault divorce. i am wanting to know if my witness signature have to notarized?

I am also wanting to know if we have to decided on child support at this time or can we handle this later on? I ask because the other party is not currently working at this time and we have decided that once he starts working i will then get court order for child support, but until then he will take care of the child while i am at work

Your questions emphasize how important it is for you to get a lawyer. It is nearly impossible to get a court to approve a pro se divorce and there is a good likelihood that even if you succeed you will omit things that either cannot be fixed later or may be costly to fix.

Every signature in a divorce has to be verified in proper form by a notary.

A court cannot in Georgia grant a divorce without deciding child support, and in your situation the formsa you find at the courts and online WILL NOT WORK, as you need specially crafted language that addresses your present support situation and provides for changes in the future.

Again, you need a lawyer. If you're in metro Atlanta feel free to call me.
