i divorced my ex and we went our seperate ways , now i am still a cosigner on the house that she kept and i want to get that off my credit what do i do ?
You won't be able to do that without your lender's approval, which you will only get if she can qualify for the loan on her own. If she can qualify, but is unwilling to do so, the Court can compel her to apply for the refinance in her own name. However, the Court can't compel the lender to take your name off a loan you voluntarily signed.
