If i'm a minor and i'm being charged with possession and intent to sell marijuana, what will happen... do i go to jail, do i do community service?
You would be charged in Juvenile court if you are under 18. They don't have "jail" for juveniles but you can be taken into custody and put in placement where you are sent away for a period of time.
As this is a felony you should tell your parents and hire an attorney immediately.
