immigration

I wanted to know if i was an illegal immigrant, could i turn my self in and not get deported?

It certainly is possible. There are available, for example, waivers of deportability, cancelations of removal, suspensions of deportation, adjustments of status to permanent resident, asylum, legalization and registry, and (though I'm guessing you don't want this) voluntary departure.

Contact the Colorado Public Defenders office and ask for Hans Meyer. He can help you sort the options.
