Inheritence
Receiving an inhereitence from out of the country. The lawyer handling my uncle's estate wants me to open a non resident account in a bank in the netherlands for $5000 plus 15% plus $195 a misc fee??? Is this the way it works??

You need to consult an attorney as soon as possible to discuss why you would want to open an account out of the country, especially at this cost.
