We are considering opening a small branch office in Manama Barain. What are some Legal concerns I should take into consideration for this international location? Is there any information or publications available on this subject?

Well, this is wholly dependant on what type of business you will be running. This is the major concern, then you should either hire an attorney, or do this yourself, to researc the law as pertaining to your chosen field in that particular country.
