Internet buying
I live in maryland and am interested in buying a phone from some one in the uk but they only take western union. I am worried about losing my money to him in email he states that they have a money back gareentee that if i don't recive my phone i will get my money back but i just want to know if that is enough to get my money if he dosen't send my phone.
