Kohl's Dept Store not accepted my Request
I have a chronic bladder problem that needs a doctor to resolve. I live & work in Missouri. The new store manager keeps handling me the Family Law & tells me to fill out this. She will not answer about my request for ADA. Also I was initially hired with this condition 4 years ago.

The ADA requires that the employer engage in an interactive process to determine what sort of reasonable accommodation that you can be granted to enable you to continue your employment. You need to put your request for an accommodation in writing and give it to your manager and send a copy to Kohl's HR department. If nothing happens after that, either contact an attorney about your situation or contact the EEOC.
