Live in boyfriend
I had a live in boy friend. we recently broke up. While he was living with me he paid me no rent, caused damage to my apartment while living there, damaged my car door & broke a lap top charger. He has aquired some credit card bills buying food occasionally. Is this something that can be handled outside of court?

Possibly. It will be up to him. If he balks at any attempt to work this out, you'll have little choice but to go to court.
