moving exspenses charged
Apartment property manager documented in writing to pay for all moving expenses from an existing apartment to another apartment when available. Property management has billed me with unpaid bill from moving company. Management has credited my account with the total unpaid balance for the move without my knowledge and is refusing to except my rental payment.

Prior to incurring the additional expense of paying a lawyer, provide the management with a copy of whatever you have in writing and ask them why they are charging you if they agreed to pay the expenses. If you have done so, your post leaves out much of the relevant facts and prvents you from receiving a meaningful response.
