My daughter was going to College and her husband joined the military, at that time they were giving money out for spouses to go back to school, but now they are not. He was not able to put in for it yet because he was not finished with boot camp and his tech training. So my daughter dropped out of school because they did not know how they were going to pay for school since he was no longer getting any money for her to go.

So now the school is wanting to demand payment in full, because she dropped out.

What options do we have to fight this?

The way the economy is they cannot afford the payments or be able to get a loan because they are still very new with their credit.

Daughter is obligated to pay unless she has some agreement with the school to terminate.
