Name rights

I am a tour operator. I take fans to college football games and often extended sightseeing. Can I produce a flyer that says, ''FOOTBALL TOUR - San Jose State at UCLA - September 14-17''

I am purchasing tickets through the schools ticket offices. Can I use the school names in selling my tour?

Thank you

Re: Name rights

From what you describe, you'd probably have no problems. Your describing factual information about your event, not trading on their names. Greater caution may be required when PRIVATE schools are involved, but the analysis is still the same.

As long as you're not trading on their BRAND, you may refer to the facts of what's included in your tour/program.

As David Said, don't use logos or other "brands".
