nursing homes negliance
4 months of severe skin infection with secondary infection with scabies. the nursing home bills my drug prescription plan over 600.00 when its their fault. can anything be done. thank you

In order to pursue any claim of medical negligence, you'll need to have a doctor willing to say that it is. Obviously, the attending doctor in the home is not likely to do so. You need to have family or friends get a doctor to come visit you for examination and opinion, or take you to one.
