order after hearing

I submitted an Order After Hearing, as did opposing counsel, to the court. My order was signed and mailed to the parties. My order referred to an Aug. 06 hearing, opposing counsel referred to a clarification hearing of this hearing. Yesterday the opposing attorney misinformed the court about the status of the case and had a commissioner ,who didn't know the facts, sign her order even though she had received my signed order. It would seem my order would void hers. What do I do?

Re: order after hearing

You need to take it up with the court. Write a letter to the clear explaining what happened and ask for a hearing.
