overseas property taxation
I have condo overseas.
Recently I moved to USA and I would like to sell my condo there and transfer money to US bank.
Does this money consider as taxable income ?

I have to know more about your situation in order to properly respond to this question.
Among other things, I need to know whether you are a US citizen and where your property is located. There may be a tax treaty which affects the tax consequences of this transaction.
