payment arrangement with material supplier
our company is attempting to make a payment arrangement for past due material invoices with a material supplier. they are trying to require us to purchase all future materials from them as part of the arrangement. can they legally do this. we do not want to continue a business relationship with them until the balance of the invoices has been paid in full.
