personal injury and malpractice
In 1993 fell from two story in fire academy because ladder too far away. 2006 had steroid injection but Doctor missed and injected twice in spine where no local anesthectic was administered. Had back surgery a few months later. Back is far worse. Under Doctor care for pain but can not do my work and job aggrevates condition. I am afraid of being crippled with no recourse. Do I have any legal options for my future.

The statute of limitations has expired in the 1993 incident and would probably be governed by workers compensation in any event.
The 2006 injection may also be too far removed. The statute of limitations in medical malpractice is 2 years but it is very very complicated in many instances to calculate.
