Power of Attorney

My father lives in Texas and my grand father has power of attorney, he has agreed to sign the power over to me in GA. I dont know what needs to be done to do this, do i need to go to court here or in Tx to change it.

Re: Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is not an item that is transferred from person to person - at least in Georgia. Likely, you start with a new power of attorney from your father to you, pursuant to TX law.
