Power of Attorney

I reluctantly assumed Power of Attorney for an old woman because no one else would. I settled all of her affairs and she is now being well taken care of in an Assisted Living facility in Washington State. I have since moved to Arizona and no longer want the responsibility. How do I dissolve my agency as her power of attorney?

Re: Power of Attorney

You must refer to Washington law. In general, you may resign by giving written notice to the principal.
