Probate Administration
My brother died with a will; the only assets are a car worth about $500 and checking account worth about $90; how best to transfer car and checking account to me as executor in will; Can I file a Summary Release of Administration? If so which forms are necessary?

You need to do a release of assets from administration. Some courts have local rules allowing transfer of property up to a certain amount, for example, $1000, with a simple form. You need to check with your local probate court to see if there is a shorter process.
