proposal

My dad died in 2003 unexpected my 2 sisters and I were in his will which was divided evenly, his mother (my grandmother) died in 2006 I have her will from my dads things him and my aunt were executors of her will which is still in probate because her house and land haven't sold yet my question is what happens to my dads percent of my grandmothers will are my sisters and I automatically get my dads percent ?

The answer depends upon how the will was written. If the will does not address what happens to your father's share if he should die, it is quite likely you will get his share. Take a copy of the Will to an attorney for an exact answer.
