request for hearing to reduce cahrges
Convicted of child molestation 18 years ago, would like charge reduced. Is there a form I can use to request a hearing to get charges reduced?

Dream on friend. Such charges are excluded from the expungement rules. The only way you could get them 'cleared' is through a Governor's pardon, which is highly unlikely.
