restitution payment
i was shot in september and the bills
were payed by medi-cal the judge
ordered restitution for the bills my
question is do i get payed for this or
dose the government?

You get the money (assuming the defendant pays) and then have to reimburse the government. If you try to keep the money the government will probably come after you for it.
