I think you misunderstood. A supervisor at a company had their employee complete their online exams and submitted the exams like they (supervisor completed it)

Yes, you're right, I apparently misunderstood your confusingly worded question.
What you've described here is fraud and, of course, should be reported to the HR.
However, I still don't get the college exams that were referenced in the previous question unless you mean that the employee also fraudulently took and submitted these exams(in addition to the exam for supervisor)online and in the name of the supervisor. Assuming that all of this fraudulent activity was done on company time, a charge of theft or some form of larceny might also lie against these culprits for the improper use of company time.
