Revoking of a restraining order
My husband divorced me and we have joint custody of our 13 yr old daugher. He started alienating our daughter since before the divorce. He made her an accomplice of his infidelity. He kept her happy by buiying her extravagant gifts and buying her silence. After the divorce, he continued the alienation until my daughter became hostile towards me. I was a stay-home-mon for 12 years and loved my family. He convinced me not to get my own lawyer and managed to manipulate me to leave him the house and primary residence of our child with him. I moved to a one bedroom apt. down the street to be close to her. Three months after the divorce she still had to spend a night with me, even on designated visitation days. I had never spent more than 2 nights without her and was desperate. I went to his house to talk and without provcation called the police. They did not arrest me. Later he filed a motion for Termination of Parental Rights and a restraining order. The judged agreed to a a temporary suspension of my visitation rights until I passed a psychological evaluation. This is done a soon I will have visitation again. All our friends will testify on my behalf. My question is: Can the restraining order be revoked too?

A restraining is only temporary. To remove an injunction, you will have to ask the judge to do that. Good Luck.
