It is my understanding, after one year of your conviction date of a DUI, you can go to DMV and get your regular license back. I have paid all the fines/fees. I already got my letter from ASAP saying that I successfully completed the course.

I am so excited about getting this mess behind me, but I do not want to get to DMV and find out there is something else I need to do or should have brought with me.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Rol

You may want to inquire about the license reinstatement fee before you go to the DMV, if you have not already looked into it to determine whether it may be applicable to you.
