seal record for job purposes
Girlfriend of my son was abusive, and always treatening to call 911 to win arguments. She would jump on him then call police. This was 4 years ago and he cannot get a job due to record. He never hit or hurt her but was told an argument where she said she was scared was enough. Didn't know better and he plead guilty. They have not been together since. How can my son get a job with a record?

With great difficulty. There is no magic wand here; those type of charges and records are forever. He should have fought them at the time if he had defenses.
