7 grandchildren listed as ''decendants'' in will want to share their inheritance with remainder 5 grandchildren equally. Is there a form to fill out to make it legally binding?

No. They cannot change the will, but only calculate the amount each of the 7 will have to gift to the remaining five after the distribution under the will, and then make the gifts.
