showing up for court

ok i had an assualt case in which i was ordered to pay restitution do community service and go to therepy and the charges will be dropped i have done all these things submitted my paperwork and the money an i am wonderin if it is necessary for me to be there my attroney will be there and so will my mother i am 18 now and i no longer live in that state i signed an agreement saying that i would do all these things and the defendent would drop the charges can anyone tell me if its neccessary for me to be present no one has giving me a straight forward answer

Call the clerk of the criminal court which is responsible for your case and ask one of the clerks to confirm the necessity of your presence at this particular hearing. (Your attorney should also be able to determine this one way or the other.)
